the process begins, your Rogers Project Manager provides you
with a custom-designed transportation package that covers all
cost from pick-up to booth delivery. All costs are upfront,
ensuring you will receive no extra charges. Your Rogers
Project Manager will assist you in every step in the process,
including what you need to know about packing and crating,
pick up arrangements, consolidation points, shipping costs,
deadline dates, documentation, method of transport, and
insurance protection.

Rogers
customized service lets you choose door-to-door service, or
drop-off at consolidation centers located at major cities.

Multimodal
Transport

Your
Rogers' Project Manager will recommend a mode of transport
based on analysis of your needs. He or she will then handle
all the arrangements to ship your exhibits most efficiently to
the show site.

Customs
Clearance

Rogers'
International team of experts understand the complexities of
customs procedures. With Rogers specialized
"exhibition" forms and proven experience, your
shipment will clear customs as quickly and efficiently as
possible.

Transportation
to Exhibition Site

Once
the shipment has cleared customs, your Rogers Project manager
will arrange for it to be transported to the exhibition site
in a timely manner.

When
your shipment has arrived at the show site, Rogers handles the
unloading and delivery to your booth - ready for setup. And a
Rogers team member will assist you at any phase during set-up,
showtime, and tear-down.

Rogers
can store empty crates before, during and after the
exhibition. If there are materials in storage that you need
during a certain point in the show, Rogers can arrange to have
them delivered to you as needed.

and On-forwarding

Whether
you're returning your exhibit back home or moving it to
another show, your Rogers Project manager helps you plan the
logistics. And if you happen to sell it while you're there, we
can handle shipping it to your customer too.
