Lekh Raj Thakur, CEO

Lekh Raj joined RERI in September, 1992.  With over 20 years presence in the company, he is an integral part of all sales/operations decision making and execution and  interacts directly with the board of management on all such activities.

Highly experienced in Exhibition freight management, he provides strategic direction in creating synergies between operations and sales. His role includes building strong capability in operations and sales planning, dealing with overseas agents, preparation and finalization of International/National commercial agreements.

Hari Mahavar, COO

Hari joined the company in January, 1988. Highly experienced in Exhibitions freight management, he has extensive knowledge of worldwide freight/customs documentation and procedures. He leads RERI’s dedicated team for all customs and on-site operations and infrastructure maintenance. This includes overlooking the entire labor and equipment deployment and management.  Hari is also the management representative of the company in maintaining its ISO certifications

As a long time RERI team member he also is relied upon for his valuable inputs on company matters.  He also represents the company in many international exhibitions.

Praveen Suri, Country Head- Overseas Fairs

Praveen joined the company in April, 1998. Highly experienced in Exhibition freight management and fully conversant with custom procedures, he is responsible for managing Indian participations in overseas exhibitions and events. These would be one of exhibitors and/or national groups going overseas. For this he interacts with counterpart agents for all operational, sales and commercial agreements.

Praveen is also responsible for the maintenance and execution of the company’s International Air Transport Association (IATA) activities. Here he manages all coordination and execution of all shipments that are exported/ re-exported out of India with the airlines/shipping lines. IATA also requires annual maintenance valuations for renewals. He also gets fully operationally on site involved at certain select mega exhibitions in India.

Surjeet Singh, Country Head- Business Development

Surjeet joined the company in June, 1996. Highly experienced in exhibition freight management and fully conversant with custom procedures, he is responsible for business development and key initiatives in special areas. Two major initiatives of RERI include defense related projects and providing of charter freight services. especially in the area of defense related projects. In addition he is also responsible to overlook the existing customer base and maintains close liaison with organizers, agents and customers of the company.

Sudhir Dhavan, Country Head- Sales & Marketing

Sudhir joined RERI in April 2010. He brings with him over 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the exhibition logistics industry and manages RERI’s marketing and business development planning. Based in Mumbai he is responsible for enhancing the customer base of the company on an all India basis. He successfully develops relationship with Organizers, Agents and important customers of the company Sudhir also provides his expertise support on all operational matters for the Western Region.

Darayus Palia, Senior General Manager- Western Region

Darayus joined the company in April, 1998. He is responsible for running of the Mumbai office and overlooking all operational activities in the western region. With his strong experience in Exhibition freight management and with over 25 years of expertise in custom clearance matters he is the resident authority on all custom related matters.

Shrenik Jain, Manager-Bangalore

Shrenik joined the company in December 1997. He leads the three member Southern region team and is responsible for general administration work of the office and communication with our international and domestic customers regarding their business needs.
